THE CHALLENGE

Since its start this energy firm has been focused on high-growth. Successful yes, but being always in growth mode created an unsettling problem for the operations teams: how to their scale processes without continuing to incur the costs of hiring and training.

Process workshops with their teams backed up their thesis - manual work was killing productivity. Leadership set out to solve this pain, looking to AI to improve the experience and provide relief to staff.

THE PROJECT

Our focus was to leverage the off-the-shelf Microsoft AI tools including Copilot and Agents. The strategy was developed for three operational units in two regions.

The results? Manual work was reduced by an average of 37%, backlogs reduced by 100% with additional benefits including error-rate reductions and cycle-time improvements.
