What to expect.
We begin with a real intake conversation—direct, focused and run by someone who knows what you’re hiring for. Our job is to find the right people and get them working for you, fast. From there, we go to market. We don’t rely on passive résumés. We target, outreach and actively qualify. This means vetting candidates for real experience, real skills and testing for alignment. Every submission is assessed for skill, fit, availability and communication.
We won’t give you a list.
You’ll get two to three profiles that are ready to interview. Each one will come with a summary, availability and relevant notes. If none are a fit, we recalibrate without excuses.
