We state the purpose at or before collection and seek consent unless an exception in PIPEDA or PIPA applies. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice.

We collect only what we need for the purposes above. We use and disclose data only for those purposes or as required by law. We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

We apply administrative, physical, and technical controls that fit the sensitivity of the data. Controls include access limits, encryption where appropriate, secure storage, monitoring, and staff training.

7) Cross-border processing

Some service providers may process data outside Canada. Contract terms require comparable protection. Data in other countries may be accessible to courts or authorities in those jurisdictions.

We collect and use business contact details to communicate about your organization’s business matters, consistent with Alberta PIPA.

10) Service providers

We use vendors for hosting, analytics, communications, recruiting, billing, and security. Vendors may access personal information only to deliver their services to us under contract.

11) Emails and messages (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages only with valid consent, identification, and a working unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests take effect without delay.

12) Children

We serve businesses. We do not target children under 13.
